Format: Two events of 20 & 40-km individual time trials.
Sign on: Duncan Meadows Golf Course parking lot 6507 North Rd. Duncan (3 km from Hwy 1 and 18) from 1100 to 1145.

Start: 3.7 km from the golf club on the Cowichan Lake Rd (NOT Hwy 18) at the intersection with Payne Rd. W (second intersection of Payne Rd.) at noon.
Course: Rolling course towards Lake Cowichan on Cowichan Lake Rd., turn left at Greendale Rd triangle and return on Cowichan Lake Rd. to finish opposite the start.
Race Fee: $20 for ages 19 and up.
All riders must have a Cycling for All Membership or BC Race Licence or UCI Licence or proof of purchase for insurance purposes. No licence, no ride. Non-Member One-Day Insurance available for $10 (16 & under) or $15 (17 & over).
Refreshments and awards at the golf club afterwards.
