Sidney Velo holds an annual awards banquet in November-December as a pre-Christmas social event to honour the Tuesday Night Time Trial winners for the year. Awards are given for the best male and female times overall, and best male and female in U13 (12-), U15 (13-14), U17 (15-16), U19 (17-18), Senior (19-29), Veteran (30-39), and Masters in 5-year age groups (40 – 80+) for aero and non-aero categories, and most improved rider compared to the previous year. A no-host bar, good food, a zillion door prizes, a guest speaker, and stand-up comedy from the Club President add up to a fun evening for members, guests, and significant others.
