Winners (2010-)
Sidney Velo began staging a road race in the Mill Bay-Shawnigan Lake-Cobble Hill area in 2010 after our long-time race course at Deep Cove on the Saanich Peninsula was lost due to increasing traffic, which made it unsafe to race. These races are part of the B.C. Masters Cycling Association race series for riders 30+ years of age. The races are Australian pursuits, in which older riders get a head start over younger riders, enabling all riders to compete for overall victory, as well as in 5-year age groups.
